It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility by locating your vehicle in the vehicle compatibility list, by comparing part numbers and/or by confirming with your local dealer, as we do not cover return costs for shipments that were ordered with the incorrect application.

Wheel condition :

-Please see item condition section for wheel condition

-A remanufactured wheel is a was wheel that previously had cosmetic damaged and was refinished to its former glory. The process includes stripping of old paint, filling in any deep gashes, repainting, machining if necessary for finish and clear coating.

-A repaired wheel is a wheel that was previously structurally damaged such as a bend or a crack. Bends are repaired by heating the alloy to a temperature hot enough to make it slightly more malleable to avoid cracking or without overheating and damaging the molecular structure of the metal. A crack would be repaired by cutting into the metal to remove any impurities and then welding it back together by matching the alloy of the metal and filing it down to remove any possible vibrations. 

Shipping information :

-Items are shipped out to the address linked to your Ebay account. Please make sure the address is up to date and correct, including any apartment or suite numbers.

-Most of our shipments are made using UPS, FedEx, Purolator and DHL and will require signature.

-We are located in Canada. All international customers are responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be required in order to clear the package. 

-Shipping times may be delayed during holiday periods. 

Return policy :

-Pre-owned mechanical parts have a 90 day warranty.

-Electronic components (sensors, modules, radios) have a 14 days warranty.

-New and remanufactured parts (except for the aforementioned electronic components – 14 days) have a one year warranty.

-Returns must be send back in the same condition sent in, including any additional parts possibly included or as photographed and we ship what we picture.

-We only cover our parts. We do not cover any labor, diagnostic or towing charges associated with a part defect.
